The execution of the object of the order will be is made up of: Main Site: The administrative buildings of the TD of the NRA Sofia and its offices within its scope, located on the territory of Sofia, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad and Botevgrad

The fulfillment of the subject of the order will be expressed in:

1. Servicing and repair, including the overall maintenance of the signaling equipment, property of the client, in good working order.

Carried out upon a written request from the contracting authority and includes performing all the activities ensuring its technical performance in order to ensure reliable, quality and faultless-operation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the procuring entity. Supply of spare parts, materials and consumables:

The supply of spare parts, materials and consumables necessary for performing the service and repair of the signaling equipment is carried out by the contractor, the value of which is at the expense of the contracting authority. Requires.

Assigner will fromthe participation of a participant, for whom are present apart from the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and those under Art. 55, para. 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA as well as when it is established that the participant is a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction or controlled by such a company or one of the members of the grouping is registered or controlled by a registered company person, besides-if there is an exception under Art. 4 of the Law on economic and financial relations with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as when identification and verification of the identification of the client through the provisions of the Law on Measures against money laundering and the-its implementation, including when the client is a legal person, to the natural persons who are its actual owners, within the meaning of -2 of the LMML, as well as to the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act and 69 of the National Insurance Act.
