This public procurement includes the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance of the vehicles used by the contracting authority, including the supply of spare parts, materials and supplies needed to get it done. Out-of-warranty support for service vehicles includes activities detailed in the technical specification to the tender documentation. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act the contracting authority has the right not to remove from the processthe participant dura for which the circumstance under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA, if it is proved that the latter has not ceased its activity and is able to execute the contract in accordance with the applicable national rules for the continuation of the economic activity in the country in which it is established. The OP is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender (INIO)and award criteria according to Art. 70, para. 2, item 3 of the PPA: optimal value for money, which is estimated on the basis of the price or the level of costs, as well as the deadlines for carrying out the activities related to the subject of the public procurement. The INI is determined on the basis of an award criterion: an optimum quality / price ratio, which is evaluated on the basis of a methodology for determiningcomplex evaluation of the bids for the following evaluation indicators, as well as their relative weight:

- "price for 1 service hour" - 40%,

- "average arithmetic price of the main spare parts and consumables" - 25%,

- " percentage discount on the price of spare parts and consumables other than those specified in the price list "- 20%,

-" term for out-of-warranty maintenance "- 15%.

The public procurement is financed with funds from the budget of the RIA.
