The framework agreement has as object "Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and related equipment of acar parts and accessories for motor vehicles and motor vehicles ", object which has been divided into lots to adapt the size of the object of the resulting individual contracts so that it corresponds better to the needs of the contracting authority, as well as the capacity of the economic operators, so that they will end 8 framework agreements for each lot.

The framework agreement has as object "Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and related equipment and parts and accessories for motor vehicles and motor vehicles", object which was divided into lots to adapt the size of the object of the contracts individual results so as to better meet the needs of the contracting authorityas well as the capacity of economic operators, so that 8 framework agreements will be concluded for each lot.

The maximum and minimum quantities for the subsequent contracts are in accordance with the annex to the specification.

Frequency and valueof the trades to be awarded: Subsequent contracts will be concluded quarterly, the value amounts of each subsequent contract will be determined in relation to the needs that are the object of the contract and the financial resources that the contracting authority has at its disposal. which may require clarification prior to the submission deadlinetheir / their applications: 13.

The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for further clarifications or additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, insofar as these requests will be addressed within the stipulated deadline in section I.1 of the data sheet, respectively 13 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.it must be found in the situations provided by art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the corresponding requirement in the DUAE form, with information related to their situation, from the awarding documentation. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 privin• The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE form must be submitted, ONLY TO THE CONTRACT AUTHORITY, only by the bidders placed on the first 3 places at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.

- FISCAL ATTRIBUTION CERTIFICATE on Local Taxes and Fees for Legal Entities Issuedby the Local Council (this certificate must show that the tenderer has no overdue debts at the TIME OF THE DEPOSIT), - THE COURT COURT of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator, have the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as it results from the certificate• Foreign legal / natural persons: • Documents issued by the competent authorities of the country where they are resident, proving the fulfillment of the outstanding obligations to pay the taxes to the state budget and the local budget, in accordance with the legislation of the country of residence.

Documents will be enclosedof their authorized translation in Romanian.

According to the case, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 paragraph (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

Way by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure will be filled in with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE, respectively the certificate issued by ONRC, or in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the tenders .
