Frequency and valueof the trades to be awarded: Subsequent contracts will be concluded quarterly, the value amounts of each subsequent contract will be determined in relation to the needs that are the object of the contract and the financial resources that the contracting authority has at its disposal. which may require clarification prior to the submission deadlinetheir / their applications: 13.

The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for further clarifications or additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, insofar as these requests will be addressed within the stipulated deadline in section I.1 of the data sheet, respectively 13 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.it must be found in the situations provided by art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
