Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment. Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment. The object of the procedure is the purchase of repair and maintenance services, with assiguration of spare parts and consumables for 71 self-care facilities provided by the Ambulance Service of Timis County, according to the requirements of the specifications. Taking into account the provisions of the Emergency Ordinance no. 71/2012 regarding the designation of the Ministry of Health as a centralized public procurement unit, art. 4 paragraph (2), the duration of the framework agreement will be 24 months, and the execution of the contracts belowthe same may be terminated by the purchaser at any time without the payment of damages.

The minimum value of the frame agreement is RON 1, 636, 000.00, calculated as follows:

68, 166.00 RON / month x 24 months = 1, 636, 000, 00 RON

In a number of 14 interventions / month x 24 months (frame agreement period) = 336 interventions

The maximum value of the framework agreement is RON 1, 900, 000, calculated as follows:

79, 166, 00 RON / month x 24 months = RON 1, 900, 000.00

In a number of 21 interventions / month x 24 months = 504 interventions.

The tenderers, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art.-160, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. - Judicial Record of the Economic Operator and-of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within that body as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / foreign legal / physical:

- editorial documents issued by the competent authorities of the country where this is the casethey are residents, proving the fulfillment of the outstanding obligations to pay the taxes to the state budget and the local budget, according to the legislation of the country of residence. If the first ranked offers have equal prices, the contracting authority will ask for clarification through SEAP, in order for the economic operators to upload new documents containing new prices. To view the awarding documentation uploaded in SEAP, economic operators must have one-program required to view electronically signed files (this program being available free of charge on the websites of electronic signature providers). Economic operators have an obligation to follow up on the clarification requests in SEAP.
