Subsequent contracts will be completed according to availability: quarterly. The largest subsequent contract to follow-or concluded is worth RON 364, 117.10 without VAT. - Statement regarding non-compliance in the situations of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 (the criminal record of the economic operator and of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within this frameworkas stated in the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act),

Bidder / Candidate / Associate Tenderer / Subcontractor / Supporting Party who has members in the Board of Directors / Management or Supervisory Body and / or has shareholders or associates persons who are spouse, relative or affinity to grade the second iincluding or in commercial relationships, as provided in art. 60, with persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting authority, is excluded from the award procedure. DUAE will be filled in, the winning bidder will submit the documents.

All bidders are asked to present the commitment of the third supporter (along with the submission of the DUAE)-with documents attached to the commitment, forwarded to them by third party / third party supporters, resulting in the actual manner in which their support / support will materialize), the association agreement and the subcontracting agreement. The supporting documents proving the commitments assumed in the commitments / agreements will be requested only by the successful tenderer at the request of the contracting authority.

Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.The documents submitted may be: - - Certain certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts due to the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, buget state, etc.) valid at the moment of presentation,

- According to the case, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement, - Other editorial documents, as appropriate.

Consider the obligation to complete and initiate the UAE by(including associate / subcontractor / third party supporter), as the first proof of noncompliance with exclusion and capacity requirements.

The failure of the DUAE with the offer (including the associate / third party) causes it to be rejected as unacceptable.

Failure to meet with the offer of the firm commitment of the third supporter, resulting in the wayin which it will materialize its support or, as the case may be, of the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement, will require clarification of the possible inadequate form of the information contained in the DUAE sections of the tenderer / candidate as well as of the subcontractor / third party supporter, this being necessary to ensure the performance of cThe average annual turnover for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) is equal to or above RON 720, 000.00 excluding VAT.
