All the economic operators envisaged by art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, including competitors specifically and temporarily grouped pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. d) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and aggregations between companies participating in the network contract pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. f) of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

a) For the Raggruppamentemporary enterprises, under penalty of exclusion, and requested:

1. R.T.I. not formally established for participation in the tender:

- the application must:

- be signed jointly by the legal representatives of all the companies forming the Grouping,

- specify the parts of the service and / or the supply that will be performed by the individual companies (the agent, in any case, must possess i-requirements and perform the services to a majority extent, pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016),

- indicate the company that will take on the role of agent,

- contain the commitment that, in the event of the award of the tender, the same companies will comply with the provisions of art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016,

- each enterprise that constitutes the Grouping will have totender its own documentation, as prescribed in the following point III.2;

2. R.T.I. formally established for participation in the tender:

- notarial deed from which, inter alia, results:

- the conferral of the special collective mandate with representation to the enterprise among those assembled qualified as agent,

- the specification of the parts of the service and / or the supply that will be exegby the individual companies (the agent, in any case, must possess the requisites and perform the services to a majority extent, pursuant to Article 83, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016),

- application must be signed by the legal representative of the assignee,

- each company that makes up the grouping must enclose its documentation, as prescribed in the followingitem III.2.

For the purposes of qualification, articles 48 and 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with determines to contract n. 398 R.U.A. on 2.7.2018;

b) the tender will be carried out according to the procedures established by Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and will also be awarded in caso of a single offer valid for a single lot;

c) applications for participation (stamped by EUR 16.00 if formulated in Italy), under penalty of exclusion from the tender, must:

- reach the General Command of the Carabinieri Centro Unico Contrattuale, together with all the required documentation, within the peremptory deadline indicated in para. IV.3.4), exclusively to the PEC address. crm42527@pec.carabinieri.it. All files transmitted under penalty of exclusion must be digitally signed by the legal representative of the competitor. The competitor must pay the stamp duty by payment to F24, indicating the code called, pursuant to art. 6 of the Decree of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance on 17.6.2014. The receipt ofpayment must be sent together with the remaining documentation,

- indicate whether it participates in a single or associated form (eg in RTI, consortium, etc.),

- be returned with the signature of the legal representative, provided with the necessary powers or a procurator with special power of attorney conferred by public deed or private deed authenticated by the notary, to be produced together with the application (in approxI know of constituting R.T.I. o aggregations between companies participating in the network contract, refer to the provisions of para III.1.3),

- enclose all the documentation prescribed in para III.2 (Conditions of participation) digitally signed, with regard to to each competing company (even if reunited, consortium, auxiliary or retista participating in the tender),

- indicatethe domicile elected for communications (even if it coincides with the registered office), the certified e-mail address and the telephone number (possibly also a mobile telephone number) of the competitor. Competitors located in other Member States must indicate the e-mail address to be used for the purposes of communications pursuant to art. 76, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

They do not bind the Administration of Defense.

It is recommended to specify in P.E.C. the object of the tender and the lot or lots to which you intend to participate (as indicated in point II.1.1.).
