CPV Description: Repair and maintenance services of measuring and verification of mobile recording devices installed in official vehicles of the main road transport inspectorate. Reference Number: BDG.ZPB.230.65.2018

The subject of the order is a service consisting in the repair and legalization of mobile devices registrants installed in company vehicles.

1. The services will be carried out throughout the country or the seat of the Contractor ..

2. The repair services will be made of materials purchased by the Contractor or the Ordering Party in accordance with the Employer's decision.

3. After presenting the cost estimate, the Employer will indicate to the Contractor whether and to what extent will provide the parts necessary to perform the Subject of the Contract, or whether they will be supplied to the Contractor.4. The Employer under this order will provide the Contractor recording equipment for repair and collect the recording equipment after repair at his own cost after prior arrangement with the Contractor of the delivery and receipt of recording devices. The contracting authority requires that the deadline for repairs should be up to 21 calendar days from the day of deliverythe equipment of the Contractor's equipment, subject to the fact that the contract will include a deadline offered by the Contractor, which may be shorter than the reserved date of 21 calendar days. In the event that the Contractor can not meet the deadline for repairs, for reasons not attributable to the Contractor, eg due to the extended waiting time for a specific spare partThe Ordering Party may extend the time for performing the repair. For this purpose, the Contractor must, together with sending the cost estimate, enclose a statement of the supplier (producer) of the part with a minimum waiting period for the given part. The contracting authority requires that the date of preparation for legalization and re-verification should be carried out, with the exception of preparation requiring replacement of a part or another repair.you and the legalization was a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification.

8. The Contractor, as part of the legalization service, will provide the Ordering Party with a valid verification certificate, for each device separately. Certificates can be issued only by the administration of measures or accredited laboratories - having an accreditation certificate issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation.

9.The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the Employer with a minimum of 6-month warranty for all elements included in the subject of the order, i.e. for repaired and replaced components purchased by the Contractor from the day of effective repair confirmed by the acceptance protocol.

Termin binding offer is 60 days. The bid validity period starts as soon as the offer submission deadline expires

The Contractor is obliged to pay a bond in the amount of PLN 5, 000.00 to the interest-bearing account No. 83 1010 1010 0079 7913 9120 0000, as the transfer title indicating: "bid bond in the BDG procedure. ZPB.230.65.2018 ".

The contractor whose offer will be selected will be obliged to the paragraphto the Ordering Party, to secure the due performance of the Contract and to provide security at the time of signing the contract, for an amount representing 2% of the maximum value of the Employer's obligations under the Contract, in accordance with Art. 148 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, to the account No. 83 1010 1010 0079 7913 9120 0000. The conditions for returning the collateral have been specified in Part IV of the SETC

6. If I dohe has his registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in item 5:

6.1. In point 5.1, he submits a document or documents issued in the country in which the Contractor has his registered office or place of residence confirming that his liquidation has not been opened or that bankruptcy has been declared. 6.2. In point 5.2, he provides information from the relevant register or, inthe absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence is the person concerned by the information or document, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law

6.3. In points 5.3, 5.4, it submits a document or documents issued in the country in which it is madethe resident has his registered office or place of residence confirming that he / she is not in default of paying taxes, fees, social security or health insurance contributions or that he / she has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, in particular obtaining the legally required exemption, postponing or spreading overdue payments or suspensions in installmentsnot in full implementation of the decision of the competent authority.

7. The documents referred to in points 6.1 and 6.2 should be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders, while the document referred to in point 6.3 should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders. If in the country in which the Contractor has his registered office or place of residence, orthe person concerned is the place of residence, documents referred to in item 6.1 are not issued, they are replaced by a document containing the Contractor's declaration, indicating the person or persons authorized to represent it, or a statement of the person to whom the document was to apply, submitted to a notary or to a judicial, administrative or self-governmental bodya professional or economic right with regard to the seat or place of residence of the Contractor or place of residence of that person. Point 7 finds appropriate application.

9. Contractor established in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, which concerns the document specified in point 5.2, submitst referred to in point 6.2 within the scope defined in art. 24 sec. 1 point 14 and 21. If the country in which the person to whom the document was to reside is domiciled, no such documents are issued, it is replaced by a document containing a statement made by the notary or before a judicial, administrative or self-regulatory body, or the economic proper ofplace of residence of that person. Point 7 is applicable.

10. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, the documents indicated in point 5 shall be submitted by each of these Contractors.

11. If the Contractor relies on the capacities of other entities, the documents indicated in point 5 should also be submitted in relation to these entities.
