CPV Description: EvoCar 2000R EvoCar 2000R Road Balance Service and Their Calibration Before Verification - The subject of the order is the service of ten (10) surviving survivors assigned to the individual Police Headquarters of the SR Police Force. Each galley consists of a set of twelve (12) scales of the EvoCar 2000R type.

The subject of the order is the service of ten (10) surviving survivors assigned to the individual Police Headquarters of the Slovak Police Force. Each piece of equipment consists of a set of dvantatists (12) of the EvoCar 2000R type ballasts.

Breakdown of the subject of the contract:

a) service and repair of the equipment, b) prophylactic(c) Calibration of the equipment and its use only prior to metrological verification. The public procurement may be awarded to an economic entity which fulfills the exigent terms of the participation in the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").

Uchadzačthey prove fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5. The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with the single European document pursuant to Article 39 par. 1 law. The proving of the conditions of part-time is effective against the public contracting authority pursuant to --152 ods. 4 of the Act.

The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. The public contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or the certificate of registration shall be issued by the competent body of another Member State by which the applicant establishes the fulfillment of the conditionsin the public procurement procedure.
