Prestatpreventive and corrective maintenance of fire-fighting means. Preventative maintenance consists of recurrent annual checks of fire extinguishers, smoke extraction systems, weapon fire valves (RIA), self-contained safety lighting units (BAES) and ERP type 4 alarm blocks. Corrective maintenance corresponds has exceptional depannag operationse, compliance of equipment described above, replacement of defective fire extinguishers or reforms, supply and installation of plans and safety instructions. The market is composed of 6 detailed geographical lots in - II.2. For information, the number of sites is estimated at 1 467 and the total number of equipment at 19 028: 7 325 fire extinguishers, 110 smoke extraction systems, 2 RIA, 10124 BAES and 1467 ERP type 4 alarm blocks. These figures are given for information only and do not constitute in any case a volume commitment for future contracts.

Preventive and corrective maintenance services fire escape means. Preventative maintenance consists of recurrent annual checks of fire extinguishers, firee manual smoke extraction, self-contained safety lighting units and ERP type 4 alarm blocks. Corrective maintenance consists of exceptional troubleshooting operations, compliance with the above-mentioned equipment, replacement of defective or reformed fire extinguishers, provision of fire extinguishers. and laying plans and safety instructions. For information, the number of sites is estimated at 199and the total number of equipment has 2, 486: 998 fire extinguishers, 6 smoke extraction systems, 1, 283 self-contained safety lighting units and 199 ERP type 4 alarm units. These figures are for information only and do not constitute case a volume commitment for future contracts.

The candidate will submit, at the same time as the application for participation, the documents indicated below:

1) an e(b) if it is in receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced; (3) a duly dated statement signed in writing on behalf of the supplier, to justify that it does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in 1 and a and c of 4 of Article 45 of Ordinance No. 2015-899;

4) the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodiesas long as the candidate is not in a banning case referred to in Article 45 (2) of Order No 2015-899, ie: - a certificate of vigilance issued by the URSSAF, - a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax or income tax),

- a certificate attesting the regularity of its situation with regard to the obligation of employment of handicapped workers;

5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work permit referred to in Article L. 5221 -2 of the labor code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, its date of hiring, its nationality and the-type and the order number of the title of the work permit. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in Articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code;

6) where applicable, the documents provided for in Article R. 1263-12 of the Code. of work in the event of the release of employees

The economic and financial capacity of the candidates will be assessed in the light of the financial analysismade by the Post Office. As such, the candidate will have to submit the tax packages (also known as CERFA bundles), or equivalent documents, ie the balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and annexes numbered from 2050 to 2059 inclusive of the last 3 closed financial years. In the case of a recent creation, the candidate will provide any other proof that demonstrates the economic and financial capacity. Cweighted at 40% of the final mark.
