Approximate landmarkThe number of meters for which a subsequent verification is envisaged over a period of 3 (three) years is as follows: - - single phase electrometers - from 0 to 232 000, - three-phase static direct and three-phase induction meters - from 0 to 47 700 pcs., - three-phase static indirect meters - from 0 to 10 400 pcs. - The subsequent check of the electricity meters is carried out according to the requirements ofThe Measurement Act and the requirements of the Ordinance on measuring instruments subject to metrological control, as well as all other laws and regulations relevant to the performance of the service. the technical readiness of the assignor by means of written requests (document (s)but assignment of performance), prepared and submitted by the contracting authority. In the application (assignment), the assignor specifies the quantity of meters and the specific work area from which the contractor should receive.

The applicant should be an authorized person within the meaning of Article 38 of the Measurement Act to perform a follow-up of an averagethe measuring equipment subject to the present procurement - electricity meters, and have a valid authorization order issued by the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance (SAMTS), with scope of authorization as follows: - For single-phase meters: - Current range :

Maximum current - not less than 80 А.

Accuracy class: 1, 2.

For three-phase static direct current meters and three-phase andnon-conductive meters:

Current range:

Maximum current - not less than 120 А

Accuracy class: 1, 2.

For three-phase static indirect meters:

Current range:

Nominal voltage: 3х57, 7 / 100V .... 3x230 / 400 V.

In case the applicant-is a foreign person, he should be empowered by analogy with the authorization under Article 38 of the Law on Measurements to carry out a subsequent verification of the measuring instruments subject to the present procurement - electricity meters under the law of the Member State in which he is established or is entered in a relevant register pursuant to Art. 60, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act

The information is filled inin Part IV, Section A, point 2) of the EEDOP, indicating the scope of the authorization.

Evidence of the circumstances referred to in EEDOP shall be submitted in accordance with Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, as follows:

- in the cases under Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act to prove the circumstance declared in EEDOP, the applicant shall present a copy of a valid authorization order issued by SAMTS, accompanied by aa list of certified examiners with their own matrix and seal and, if the participant is a non-national person, he / she shall present a copy of a document proving an equivalent authorization under the law of the Member State in which he / she is established; 67, para. 6 of the PPL to prove the circumstance declared in EEDOP, the participant shall submit a copy of a valid orderfor authorization issued by SAMTS, accompanied by a list of the certified auditors with their own matrix and seal.

Proceeds from section III.1.6) "Required deposits and guarantees":

- bank guarantee (original) - irrevocable, unconditional, issued by a bank in favor of the assignor "CEZ Distribution Bulgaria" AD, with absorption conditions coinciding with those of the sample-in the documentation and with a period of validity of at least 39 (thirty-nine) months from the date of issue, the date of issue may not precede the date of the decision of the contracting authority, or - insurance covering the performance of the contract by covering the Contractor's liability - the insurance should be contracted in favor of the contracting authority for the subject of the specific contract, the amortized amount thereof is equal to the amount of the performance guarantee due - 1% of the value, calculated as the sum of the products of the said maximum JTI reference quantities and their respective unit prices offered by the contractor, the insurance shall correspond to conditions and requirements described in the documentation for participationfor execution is in the form of cash or bank guarantee, it may be provided on behalf of the contractor on behalf of third party guarantor.

The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself.

When the selected contractor is a joint venture that is not a legal person, each of the partners in it may be an ordering party for the bank guarantee, respectively an importer of-the amount of the guarantee or the holder of the insurance - The terms and conditions for the detention or release of the performance guarantee shall be laid down in the contract for the award of the contract
