The object of the contract is the necessary work for the proper functioning of the heating, air conditioning, gas, solar energy and prevention of legionellosis facilities in the hot water (ACS) facilities of the municipal facilities and equipment of the City Council of Parets del Valles detailed in the Statement of Clauses, with the maintenance of the level de service, the prevention of possible breakdowns and the realization of repairs and actions in the facilities in accordance with the conditions specified in the Technical Terms and Conditions.
