Multi-technical maintenance services

The call for application concerns the realization of a range of technical services to the building (multi-technical maintenance contract ) on the Transfo RTE campus located in Meyzieu (69)

Main Site: Jonage Meyzieu (69).

The call hasapplication concerns the realization of a range of technical services to the building (multi-technical maintenance contract) on the Transfo campus site of RTE in Meyzieu (69). The list * of these services is as follows:

- maintenance of the installations of the following technical fields: high current (HV / LV electricity, lighting, security lighting), generators, inverters, HVAC, GTC / GTB, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, lifts, doors and gates, fire detection and extinguishing (SSI) and fixed security equipment, sanitary plumbing, sanitation, interior finishing, exterior facades and joinery, roofs and terraces ...,

- management and evacuation of wastes generated by its activity,

- control of the regulatory controls,

- piloting ofe maintenance of fire extinguishers.

A performance contract will be requested and put in place, in order to maintain the level of performance of the structure and optimally optimize its operation. .

Since the project was carried out in a BIM format, the service provider will be asked to manage and exploit the update of the plans and databases.Data (BIM Exploitation Inventaire).

Similarly, RTE has deployed a CMMS common to all of its real estate, which, as such, is required to the holder for the execution of its missions.

RTE is committed in this respect, any action in favor of this approach will be appreciated.

The candidate will have to address with his request particion:

- candidate established in France:

- an excerpt of the registration in the trade and companies register (prints Kbis), or identification card justifying registration in the directory of trade (original or copy) less than 3 months from the response deadline; or a receipt for the filing of a declaration with a business registration center for personsmoral or physical being enrolled,

- candidate established outside France:

- a document issued by the authorities holding the professional register or an equivalent document certifying this registration or, for companies in the process of creation, a document dating less than 3 months from the authority authorized to receive the registration in the professional register and certifying the requestregistration, - a document mentioning his identity and address or, where appropriate, the details of his ad hoc tax representative in France, - for all candidates: - a declaration on the honor of the day and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles L. 214-1 to L. 214-5 of the ordinance n 2108-1074 of the26.11.2018 concerning the legislative part of the Public Order Code and that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. does not be exhaustive:

- in the event of receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced,

- candidate forming part of the EDF group or the Caisse des D-p-ts et Consignations group ( CDC).
