This procedure is an open tendering procedure initiated pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 to R. 2161-5 of theode of public order. Qualified as a service market, it is governed by the provisions of the general administrative clauses applicable to public supply and services contracts approved by order of 19.1.2009. This market constitutes a framework agreement subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code. It will be attribue has a unique holder for a maximum duration of 4 years, including renewals. The total value of the contract is between EUR 20, 000 and EUR 400, 000 excluding VAT for corrective maintenance, given its duration and eventual renewals, to which is added the overall fixed price of preventive maintenance, as fixed in the offer of the holder.

The services will start from 1.1.2020 for a period of one year. The preventive maintenance services will be settled on the basis of a global and fixed price (annual), indicated in the commitment document, and details in the decomposition of the global and fixed price. Corrective maintenance services will be subject to purchase orders based on the complete unit price schedule. The annual amount for these services is between EUR 5, 000 and EUR 100, 000 excluding VAT.
