Maintenance and repair of faults ecooling / heating, autonomous air-conditioning units of the split type and cooling chambers of the buildings of the University of Patras for 24 months. The purpose of this service is the maintenance services of all types of air-conditioning (cooling / heating) installations as well as of the split-type autonomous air-conditioning units and the chillers, (including the Church of the Three Hierarchs and the Hospitality Center of Lower Silesia) and the restoration of existing faults. Maintenance and repair of any type of air conditioning (cooling / heating) and autonomous air-conditioning units split type and the cooling chambers, which are in operation(including the Holy Temple of the Three Hierarchs and the Hospitality Center of the Lower Sahain), with a duration of 24 months.

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out an activity related to the subject of the services to be subdelegated .

Economic operators established in a Member State of Euare required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.
