Gas servicing and maintenance contract including 24/7 out of hours service — public holidays included.

Servicing and maintenance to gas heating systems throughout the clients area. Out of hours emergency service included.
The bidder must be Gas Safe registered as shall be all engineers and supervisory staff involved on the contract. They shall have qualifications to allow working on the full range of appliances and equipment found in domestic properties.

The bidder should complete Section 4B.1.1. and section 4B.2.1 detailing last 3 years. The Association may ask the bidder to submit accounts to confirm their declaration.
