The present consultation which cancels and replaces the consultation published under the number C2018-051 relates to the maintenance market of the installatclimatic engineering (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air treatment, DHW) of the buildings of the head office of the Adour-Garonne water agency is located at 90 rue du Feretra in Toulouse and territorial delegations of the Adour-Garonne water, located in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau and Saint-Pantaleon-de-Larche (Brive). This is a framework agreement including flat-rate P2 benefits--P3 (total guarantee or Ger) with interest-saving clause (PFI Ger market) as defined in the drafting guide of the technical clauses of the public markets for the operation of heating with or without major maintenance of the equipment and with obligation of result and services of supplies and installations P5 with unit prices (except package of the P2 and P3)

The lot n 1 concerns theintention of the installations of the head office of the agency and the territorial unit of Toulouse.

The present consultation cancels and replaces the consultation initially published under n 2018-051. Replies may be sent or filed in paper or electronic physical form at the head office of the agency in Toulouse, or transmitted by-electronic way via the platform of dematerialization of the public markets of the agency PLACE. The conditions of these different possibilities are specified in the regulation of the consultation.
