This contract will include services following:

This market will include the following services:

- P1 Energy: supply of fuel necessary for the production of heatingand ECS in the form of a step: MTI - operating temperature with interest, CPI - running fuel Benefit with interest,

- P2 Maintenance: provision of services, maintenance, maintenance and monitoring of thermal engineering facilities for all sites and equipment listed in appendix 1 of the CCTP,

- P3 Total guarantee: major maintenance services and total guarantee of instathermal engineering on all sites. The P3 will be of the GTR type (total guarantee with distribution).

Works: services of realization of the works of energetic improvements. This is an operating and maintenance contract valid for 8 years from 1.11.2019 or from the date of notification, whichever is later.
