Umfang der Ausschreibung ist dieProvision of technical, infrastructural and commercial-strategic building management services for the conference center of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Hiroshimastrasse 17 and 28 and in parts for the property Kurfuerstenstrasse 84 in Berlin and the property Godesberger Allee 149 in Bonn.

Incomplete applications, in particular those without the declarations or proof required in the application forms 2, shall be excluded from the award procedure. The competitionsr declares that it will provide such evidence on request if it receives the invitation to submit a tender.

Tenderers are required to insure their completeness immediately upon call or receipt of the tender documents. If, in the tenderer's opinion, the participation documents / tender documents contain incompleteness or ambiguity, the tenderer shall have the above-mentioned accountwithin 10 calendar days of becoming aware of this, but at the latest by the expiry of the offer period (- 160 (3) GWB).

The client works together with a consultant in this procurement procedure. The consultant assumes the content and price of the submitted applications and offers. After receipt of participation requests / offers will befully provided to the adviser for review.
