Operation and maintenance of multi-technical community buildings

It concerns the operation, management, maintenance of technical installations of community buildings. The market includes a P1MC (energy management) type of service for thes pool sites (lot 1) and P1MT for the Mediarheque site in Malraux (lot 2). The market includes a P2 type service (operation and maintenance) for all sites and equipment. The market includes a service type P3 (total guarantee) for all sites and equipment. Award of a market for each lot. March concluded pfor an initial period of 60 months. The duration of the initial benefit period is 60 months.
