This contract concerns the following services, for all buildings operated or managed by Bruxelles Environnement, lot one: alarms - insexisting installations maintenance - repair. By this lot, the contractor undertakes towards the contracting authority to: carry out the periodic verification prescribed by law, once a year, unless otherwise agreed between the contracting authority and the contracting authority, the state and the operation and maintenance of alarm systems located at the various managed sitesor operated by Bruxelles Environnement. Intervene at the request of the contracting authority, as soon as possible, with a view to repairing the equipment in the event of a disturbance in its operation, which would occur between two interviews, in order to make the repairs necessary to restore the installations to working order.
