Perform repairs, routine maintenance., technical maintenance, replacement of supplies and preparation for annual technical maintenanceinspections with spare parts, lubricants, antifreeze and other consumables supplied by the contractor for agricultural and forestry equipment and attached equipment of the State Sherba Hunting Enterprise at SIDP DP - Shumen, resident on the territory of the State Forestry Sherba TP, according to technical specification

The order execution includes the followingrelated activities: diagnostics (defect, defect repair, parts identification and replacement consumables); repair of engine, chassis, brake system, fuel system, ignition system, steering gear, clutch, gearbox, differential and routine maintenance, including replacement of consumables (oils, filters, antifreeze, brake fluid, etc.); if necessary: autoenecedium and painting services, diagnostics, repair of cooling and heating installation.

1. "Repair" - elimination of accidental damage to the FTS systems and towing equipment and their components or parts, as well as to the body / cab, which cannot be foreseen. by the contractor.

2general maintenance "- replacement in case of need for operating fluids, oils, antifreeze, hydraulic and brake fluids, freon, etc., which have a certain operational resource and are subject to replacement provided by the contractor.

Contract term - 12 months, from the date of its conclusion, or until the financial resources of BGN 26 000, 00 without VAT are exhausted and are transferredis short on each of the above 2 grounds, of which:

1. For repair and ongoing maintenance - in the amount of BGN 10, 000.00 excluding VAT for an estimated quantity of approximately 220 hours in 60 minutes technological service time.

2. For different types of spare parts - estimated value of BGN 12, 000.00 excluding VAT

3. For lubricants, antifreeze and other consumables - for forecastingagain an amount of about 200 l estimated value of BGN 4, 000.00 excluding VAT

The contracting authority does not set requirements regarding the fitness for professional activity and the entry in professional and commercial registers.

The contracting authority has no selection criteria regarding the economic and financial situation of the participants.

In the award procedureThe contract may be attended by Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal persons or their associations, as well as any other entity entitled to perform services under the law of the country in which it is established. A person who participates in an association or has consented and appears as a subcontractor in the tender of another participant cannot submit an independent officeert. In a procurement procedure, a natural or legal person may participate in only one association. Related parties within the meaning of par. 2, item 45 of the additional provisions of the Public Procurement Law cannot be independent participants in the same procedure. For the participants in the procedure there should be no grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1, v. 1, v. 2, v. 3, v. 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. The assignor shall remove from the procedure a participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the related persons and their real owners, the presence of circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeited Actis on illegally acquired property.

To confirm the lack of grounds for removal, participants should complete a singleEuropean Procurement Document (OEDOP). EDES must be submitted electronically. Instructions for completing the EEDEP are set out in the documentation for participation in the procedure available at: https://wp.me/p82oGs-duI The EEDOP is provided in a suitable optical medium for the participant, signed by all persons under Art. 54, para. 2 of the PPA, in accordance with the requirements of the law and the terms of the assignmentand, where applicable, the EDES for each of the members of the non-legal entity, for each subcontractor and for any person whose resources will be involved in the execution of the contract.

Information under Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority informs all interested persons that the actions of the commission will be carried out in the sequence specified in Art. 61 of the PDPA (opens in orderon their receipt, sealed opaque packages and discloses their contents, including tenderers` proposals for relevant bid evaluation indicators).
