Reserve Power Plant Gas Turbine Maintenance Services for 2 x Frame 5 Gas Turbine Generator Sets
The object of the procurement comprises the gas turbine maintenance and expert services for the 2 frame 5 gas turbines owned by Fingrid. The more specific scope of delivery has been indicated in the draft agreement and its appendices and especially Appendix 4.2 covered units and scope of services.
Main Site : Tahkoluoto, Pori, FINLAND.
Tahkoluoto GT1 Frame 5 HGPI maintenance inspection works. Hot gas path inspection including inspection and replacement of defined components of gas turbine combustion and turbine sections. Open the load gear and replace load gear wheels with a spare 1 provided by the purchaser. Tahkoluoto GT2 Frame 5 MO maintenance inspection works. Major overhaul including gas turbine rotor removal, inspection and replacement of defined components of compressor, combustion and turbine sections. Maintenance inspection services carried out at site and defined in this specification and more specifically described in Appendix 4.1 and 6. Appraisal Visit. A meeting held prior the maintenance inspection for planning purposes as specified in Appendix 4.2. The contractor provides necessary technical advisors (TA), supervisors, NDT specialists and all required labour. Necessary removal of enclosures, turbine and compressor casings, etc. shall be made by the contractor in order to access parts to be replaced/overhauled. All required tools shall be provided by the contractor including the special tools.
