The estimated value of the contract is 1 380 000, 00 (one million three hundred and eighty thousand) BGN excluding VAT, of which 1 200 000, 00 (one million two hundred thousand) BGN excluding VAT for prophylactic and preventive maintenance and repair maintenancegood order fulfillment period - 48 (forty-eight) months, and 180 000, 00 (one hundred and eighty thousand) BGN excluding VAT for supplies for the installation of devices and elements in the system needed for replacement in preventive maintenance and repair maintenance .

In fulfilling its obligations, the tenderer selected to perform the contract must carry out, for the whole duration of the contract, two types of technicalmaintenance and maintenance - preventive and preventive maintenance and repair. Preventive and preventative maintenance must be carried out in order to keep all devices and subsystems in a state that guarantees their proper functioning, including by regularly replacing items at risk or expired resource when required to meetorder meta. Maintenance is planned and performed according to a pre-prepared timetable, agreed and approved by the contracting authority, in accordance with the procurement documents. Repair maintenance should include activities to restore the normal functioning of the elements, modules, devices, subsystems in the event of a disruption of the regular operation ofthe same. This activity is irregular and unplanned, but is carried out in accordance with a pre-approved procedure. All repairs must be agreed in advance with and approved by the contracting authority.
