Machining and repair work in the valves and mechanical engineering sector of the TRICASTIN 2020-2024.

Main Site: Tricastin NPP.

Machining work, reloading of stellite part and associated controls on valves and mechanical partsin situ and in the workshops of the holder.

Transportation to and from the owner.

Description of the equipment and activities concerned:

- all valves on secondary circuit,

- non-exhaustive list, AHP, ABP, GCT, APG, APP, ARE, CEX, GSS, CRF, ...,

- non-exhaustive list of examples of work in Appendix 2 of the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).

The Cahier des ClausSpecial Techniques (CCTP) defining the nature of the benefits as well as the reciprocal obligations of the incumbent and the EDF with respect to the service are available at the following address: https://pha.edf.com/ The applicant must provide:

- a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets.

This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a grouping candidate and, if the case, by the subcontractors present, as well as

- the extract Kbis, or lack of obligation of registration in the trade and companies register, a document equivalent.

2) candidates who have been the subject, for less than 5 years, of a conviction entered in the bulletin n 2 of the criminal record for the offenses mentioned in articles L. 8221-1, L. 8221 -3, L. 8221-5, L. 8231-1, L.8241-1and L. 8251-1 of the Labor Code;

3) the candidates subjected to the judicial liquidation procedure provided for in Article L. 640-1 of the Commercial Code, natural persons whose personal bankruptcy has been pronounced pursuant to Articles L. 653-1 to L. 653-8 of the same Code as well as persons subject to an equivalent procedure governed by a foreign law.

Candidates admitted to thejudicial redress instituted by Article L. 631-1 of the Commercial Code or an equivalent procedure governed by a foreign law must justify that they have been authorized to continue their activities during the foreseeable duration of execution of the market and must submit, in support of their application, a copy of the judgment or judgments pronounced for that purpose;

4) candidates who, at31 December of the year preceding the year in which the consultation was held, have not subscribed to the tax and social security declarations or have not paid the taxes and contributions due on that date. However, candidates who, on 31 December of the year preceding the year in which they were linked, are considered to be in a regular situation.u the initiation of the consultation, had not paid the various products which became due on that date, nor constituted guarantees, but which, before the date of the launching of the consultation, have, in the absence of any measure of execution the accounting officer or body responsible for the recovery, either to pay the said products or to constitute guarantees deemed sufficient by the accounting officer or the orgrecovery persons.

Natural persons who are de jure or de facto directors of a legal entity who do not meet the conditions provided for in this paragraph may not be personally candidates for a contract.
