Management of containers for the transport of radioactive waste

As part of the evacuation of radioactive waste from EDF sites to the French storage and processing sectors, EDF / DCN organizes the management of its container fleet in order to 'optimize its use and maintain its quality of service towards EDF sites.

Management and maintenance of coradioactive waste transports:

- administrative and documentary management of containers,

- provision of containers,

- maintenance in operational conditions,

- control and maintenance of containers,

- storage on the logistic basis of the holder,

- transport between the sectors and the bases.

This lot provides for the management of at least 100 containers.it must provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender enumeres in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015.

This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present.declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 has L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 has L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order in particular that it fulfills the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates and byr each of the members of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present.

- the candidate must provide his last 3 financial statements. If they have already been sent to a unit of EDF for less than one year, the candidate will indicate to which unit and will join only the new balance sheet if it has appeared,

- the candidate will have to show a financial base allowing the realization of theproject and the duration of the market.
