Maintenance of Komatsu D 155AX-8 Bulldozers

Maintenance and Extension of the Operational Resource Coverage Plan and Repair, if necessary (Out of Machine Maintenance) Bulldozers Komatsu D155AX-8, owned by the company, with the serial numbers specified in the Technical Specificationand the order.

Main Site: Placement of the bulldozers on the territory of the respective mine: Troyanovo-1 mine, Troyanovo village, Troyanovo-North mine, Kovachevo village, Troyanovo-3 mine, Mednikarovo village Technical maintenance and extension operational service coverage plan and repair of 10 bulldozers Komatsu D155AX-8, if necessary (out of the machine maintenance)of the company with serial numbers specified in the technical specification of the order

Volume of activities:

The maintenance of each machine is performed according to the manufacturer's instructions and the periodicity specified in point 6.2 of the technical specification. As a result of bulldozer maintenance, the operational resource coverage plan of each machinea.

Repairs, if necessary, including replacement of non-maintenance spare parts and consumables not included in the Extended Operational Resource Plan

Extension of the Komatsu D 155AX-8 Bulldozer Operational Resource Plan Coverage Plan must be up to 5 years from the date of delivery of the respective bulldozer to the warehouse of the contracting entity, or up to 10 000 hours (whichever occurs earlier).

During the extended operational lifetime coverage plan, the contractor performs, at the expense of the assignor, maintenance according to the requirements of the site manufacturer The maximum contract value is BGN 1 700 000 excluding VAT. This value includes:

1. theymaintenance of machines;

2. extended coverage plan for the operational resource of each machine;

3. the value of spare parts and consumables not included in the Extended Operational Resource Cover Plan and declared by the Contracting Authority as necessary (Table 3 of the Technical Specifications);

4. transport costs and repair cost outside of points 1 and 2.

Methodand execution:

The Contracting Authority notifies the contractor in writing of the need for maintenance of the machine concerned.

Term of appearance of the contractor's representative (s) and maintenance: up to 3 working days after receiving a written notice.

Deadline for elimination of the technical failure within the extended operational life plan coverage plan: up to 30 working daysfrom the date of receipt of the written notification to the contractor of the malfunction.

Repayment period, if necessary including replacement of spare parts and consumables not subject to maintenance and not included in the Extended Operational Resource Plan: Up to 30 working days from the date of receipt of the written let me knowAll requirements and conditions for the execution of the order are set out in the technical specification published in the electronic order file.

Requirements for the "proposal for the execution of the order" (technical offer):

The participants are authorized by the bulldozer manufacturer to service and service Komatsu bulldozers.but with a certified copy of an authorization letter (or other document) from the bulldozer maker that the participant is authorized to service and maintain Komatsu bulldozers. The document is presented in the technical offer, accompanied by a translation in Bulgarian.

Decisions to close the procedure shall be sent in accordance with Art. 43, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. Where the decision is not received by the participant in any of the ways specified in Art. 43, para. 2, the assignor shall publish a message to him in the buyer profile.
