Service delivery will begin with the signing of the subsequent contract and the guarantee of good execution. The contracting authority will not make advance payments for the services to be provided in the course of the contract. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 1 085 724, 00 RON without VAT.

1) The tenderers, third parties and subcontractors are not required to comply with the provisions of art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

Means of performance: DUAE presentation. Bidders, supportive third parties and subcontractors will demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement by completing and presenting the DUAE. The bidder ranked first after the aplthe award criterion will present, at the request of the contracting authority, relevant updated documents, according to art. 196 par. (2) of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Relevant documents include:

- Finding certificates for the absence of overdue debts, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, budgetstate, etc.) at the moment of presentation, - The fiscal record of the economic operator and of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or of the persons having the power of representation, decision or control within the economic operator, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

- as the case may be, documents by whichdemonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement,

- Other editorial documents, as the case may be

Economic operators will submit a declaration on their own responsibility regarding the average of the global turnover for the last 3 years, 2016, 2017, 2018 and supporting documents to support them this statement.
