Network Equipment, Service, Software for NAv's Network Solution

Reference Number : 18/3097

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV), c/o NAV IT, shall implement a tender competition with negotiations. The objective of the competition is to enter into a contract with one supplier of network equipment, service, software and accompanying services for NAV's network solution (the WAN).

Main Site : Oslo

The contract includes the delivery of network equipment and service to the customer's central computer centres and to approx. 650 offices in Norway. In addition, there will be services, software and equipment deliveries and any other conditions that are necessary for supporting the contract's purpose. Cf. point 1.1.

This includes:

— equipment deliveries including logistics (central and local network equipment),

— nationwide service and maintenance network,

— service level contracts with defined service requirements,

— support systems,

— consultant skills for the disciplines for the above listed services.
