Expected number - 55 pieces. Conditions for participation of applicants in public procurement related to personal status pursuant to - 32 of the Public Procurement Act

1.1. Information and formalities necessary to assess the fulfillment of the terms of the schooli: The guider must meet the conditions of part time according to -32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act

1.1.1. The facilitator shall prove that he / she fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status according to -32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4, 5 by submitting original documents or certified true copies of the documents, pursuant to Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act

1.1.2. The entrant entered in the list of economic entities according to preditions effective until April 17, 2016 fulfillment of the conditions in accordance with - 32 par. a) if, in its organizational structure, the member / members of the supervisory body and / or the procurator / procurator show the following:

1.1.2.1. according to -32 par. (a) by submitting an extract from the criminal record not exceeding three months; or

1.1.2.2. pursuant to -152 of the Act on Public Procurement (after the change in the data in thename of economic entities and the addition of this information to the list of economic entities pursuant to Section 156 of the Public Procurement Act)

1.1.3. Agents entered on the list of economic entities pursuant to the regulations effective until 17 April 2016 fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with Article 32 of the Decree. b) letter. c) show the following:

1.1.3.1. according to -32 par. b) letter. c) by submitting the health insurance certificate and San insurance company not older than 3 months and the local tax authority's confirmation not more than 3 months; or

1.1.3.2. pursuant to -152 of the Act on Public Procurement (after the change of the data in the list of economic entities and the addition of this information to the list of economic entities pursuant to Section 156 of the Public Procurement Act)

1.1.4. 2.1. The bidder shall submit the following original document (s) or his / her certified true copy of which shall prove his / her financial and economic standing: 2.1.1. 2.1.2. Honorable declaration by the applicant that he / she is only teaching me at the bank (s) from which he / she has submitted the bank (s) statement according to point 2.1.1 of this section of the tender documentation.

2.1.3. Dissatisfaction of the proportionality of the conditions of the part in relation to the subject of the bid:

From the required document it is possible to reasonably find outthe stability of the applicants, the state of their economic and financial situation, their ability to pay and the performance of their debts to the bank. The fulfillment of the conditions of the part connected with the appraisal of the economic and financial standing of the bidders to such an appropriate extent creates the presumption that the fulfillment of the contract will be realized only by such a contractual partner ensuring the smooth fulfillment of the contractual obligationsu, minimizing the risk of non-compliance with contractual instability due to economic instability.

2.2. An author may use financial resources of another person to prove his financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the applicant must prove to the public procurement agent that in the course of fulfilling the framework agreement he will actually use the resources of a person whose status as a beneficiaryfinancial and economic status. The fact according to the second sentence is demonstrated by the tenderer by a written contract concluded with the person whose sources are meant to prove his financial and economic status. From a written contract, the person's handbag must appear to provide performance during the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove his financial and economic status, they must prove that they meet the conditions of the part relating to their personal status in addition to Section 32 1 letter. e) the Act on Public Procurement shall not be subject to exclusion pursuant to Section 40 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 of the Public Procurement Act

2.3. If an applicant fails to furnish a document designated by the contracting authority for the purpose of proving the financial and economic status of the objectivethat the financial and economic standing can be demonstrated by submitting another document which the public authority deems appropriate. The tender documents ("SP") for the public tender are published from the day of the award of this public procurement contract as established by the electronic tender on the website of the Public Procurement Office www.uvo.gov.sk. The public procurer will beto publish in his / her profile any other documents necessary for the preparation of the offer (eg providing explanations pursuant to - 48 of the Public Procurement Act). The contracting authority shall provide the contract documents and other documents without limitation, complete and direct access free of charge.

I will provide the interested parties also with the basis of a written request sent by electronic means orto the address given in Section I, point I.1 of this notice. Such a request must clearly indicate the type of public bid to which the application relates (identification of the order by name and of this notice), the identity of the person concerned (business name or name, address, place of business or usual residence of the applicant), contact details of the telephone number and e- mail address). 4. The contracting authority shall provide an explanation of the information necessary for the preparation of the tender, the application for proof of compliance with the terms of the contract in accordance with - 48 of the Public Procurement Act and the details stated in the tender documents. The public contracting authority excludes from the public the evaluation of the conditions of participation pursuant to - 40 of the Public Procurement Actif, on the basis of reliable information, I believe that the tenderer has entered into an agreement for disrupting the economic activity in a given public procurement with another economic entity.
