Post-warranty maintenance procurement includes in its object repair and replacement of all original parts of the equipment described in the technical specification, cctand troubleshooting all problems encountered during the operation (technical issues, including hardware-based software originally installed) as well as installing the latest software updates and solving problems resulting from the work of the same. All the services described are at the expense of the Contractor and are included in the General-cost of the order. The equipment is available and is operated at the NSSI Headquarters.

Main Site: 62-64 Alexander Stamboliyski Blvd., Head Office of NSSI - Sofia Public Service Post-Warranty Service includes in its scope service and replacement of all the original components of the equipment described in the technical specification, as well as the resolution of all the problems arise(problems of a technical nature, including the originally installed firmware that facilitates the operation of the hardware) as well as installing the latest firmware (software) software releases and solving problems arising from its operation. All the services described are at the expense of the Contractor and are included in the total price of the order. The equipment is availableand is operated in the Central Administration of the NSSI.

The Employer does not lay down requirements on the fitness for exercise of professional activity. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant for whom one of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 refer tothe persons representing the participant or the candidate, the members of the management and supervisory bodies and other persons who have the power to exercise control over the decision-making by these bodies. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 2 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority will remove from participation in the procedure each participant:

2.1. who has been declared insolvent or is in bankruptcy proceedings or is in proceedings por has concluded an out-of-court settlement with its creditors in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commercial Code or has ceased its activity, and if the applicant or tenderer is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which it is established; is deprived of the right to pursue a profession or activity in the subject underthe law of the State in which the act was committed; who has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distortion of competition where the infringement has been established by an act of a competent authority; which has been proved to be guilty of non-performance of a public contract or a works concession or a service contract leading to its early termination, payment ofbenefits or other similar sanctions, except where the non-compliance concerns less than 50 per cent of the value or volume of the contract; which has attempted to: (a) influence the contracting authority's decision on the removal, selection or award, including by providing false or misleading information; or (b) obtain information that may bebut gave him an unjustified advantage in the procurement procedure. The assignor will remove a participant who is not entitled to participate in public procurement under Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДЮРДРЛТТДДС, if the conditions under Art. 4 of the Law, as well as when the identification of the client can not be performed by the means provided in the LMML, Art. 69 of the Civil Protection Act and Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act - Access to the electronic file of the public procurement is provided on the buyer profile under the identification number referred to in Section II, item II.1.1. of the notice
