Negotiations : There are no price negotiations. IWB reserves the right to invite providers to an entrepreneurial meeting before being awarded the contract. The-Business talks serve to clarify questions about the offer. However, there is no right to an entrepreneurial discussion.

Remediation of Appeal: Within 10 days from the date of publication of this edition of the Cantonal Journal an appeal can be submitted in writing to the Administrative Court of Basel-Stadt, Baeumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel. The recursive lettert must contain an application and its reason. The contested decision must be attached. The evidence to be used must be specified and as far as possible settled.

Final date / Remarks: The offers must be completed and completed in the closed envelope bearing the inscription "Offer: IWB, Maintenance and Inspection Climate Ventilation Power Plants"-have to be submitted to the Cantonal Office for Public Procurement at the latest by the specified deadline (date / time). Remarks (date for written questions) Obligatory inspection: On 23.1.2018 at 9:00 o'clock the obligatory inspection in theKVA, which will take about 1 hour. The venue is the Waaghaus on the grounds of KVA Basel at Hagenaustrasse 40, 4056 Basel. Participation in this visit is compulsory for all providers. Suppliers whose expert representatives are not required to attend the compulsory visit will not be admitted to the tendering procedure. The registration must be submitted via the project e-mail address submissionen@iwb.ch until at the latest on 19.1.2018. When registering, the names of the participating representatives, including mobile phone number and e-mail address, must be mentioned. Written questions have to be asked until 26.1.2018 in the question forum on simap.
