Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer for removal services. The removal assignments will be split into 2 main groups, moving all or parts of units and emptying municipal residences.

Main Site : Trondheim.

Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer for removal services. The removal assignments will be split into 2 main groups, moving all or parts of units and emptying municipal residences.

Assignments can include some or all of the points mentioned below:

Moving all or parts of the unit:

— disassembly/assembly of fixtures,

— packing goods,

— carrying goods from the building/office to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the building/office,

— transport of goods in a suitable vehicle,

— temporary storage of goods,

— tenderers must, when needed, arrange for the removal of waste produced during the move,

— emptying premises, disassembly and disposal of excess furniture.

Emptying municipal residences:

— disassembly of fixtures,

— packing property in the flat and storage rooms (in the loft and in the basement),

— carrying goods from the flat and storage rooms to the vehicle,

— transport of goods in a suitable vehicle,

— temporary storage of property,

— removal of property that is to be disposed of.

Requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade register or business register as prescribed by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

The following organisations have signed a procurement contract with the Contracting Authority and will use this contract:

— Trondheim parkering KF,

— Stavne Arbeid og Kompetanse KF,

— Bakklandet Menighets Omsorgssenter,

— Kystad Helse og Velferdssenter,

— Trondhjems Hospital.
