The transport of household waste

The purpose of the market is the transport, by moving floor semi-trailer, of household waste from the BW pre-treatment center in Mont-Saint-Guibert to the Energy Recovery UnitBW at Virginal and, if applicable, from Mont-Saint-Guibert or Virginal to other UVEs (in the event of unavailability of our facilities), as well as refusal of sieving from the Wavre composting slab to our Energy Recovery Unit in Virginal.

The ESPD, whereby the economic operator declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in the articles67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The DUME, by which the economic operator declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) a declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the activity area covered by the contract during the last three financial years available (2017, 2018 and 2019) depending on the date of creation or the start of activities of thecandidate or tenderer, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available.
