Svoz and removal of communal waste in the city of Uhersky Brod

The subject of public procurement is the provision of a complex system for the handling of mixed municipal waste and usable components of communal waste in the city of Uhersky Brod for a period of 1.7.2019 for an indefinite period . The subject of the public procurement is the provision of a complex system for the management of mixed municipal waste and the municipal waste utilization components in the Uhersky Brod city, for a period of time from 1.7.2019 for an indefinite period.

The contractor proves that he fulfills the conditions of professional competence in relation to Često the Republic by submitting: - a commercial register or other similar to the record, if another law required to register such records (not more than 3 months prior to the commencement of the inves- tigation), - proof that it is authorized to do business within the scope of the subject matter public bids, unless otherwise required by law. The supplier as proof of his repair(a) Manufacturing, trade and services not listed in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act, Scope of activity: Waste management (except hazardous), and b) Manufacturing in the field of handling hazardous waste.

In accordance with Section 41 of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires a guarantee of CZK 200, 000.00 in the form of a bank guarantee, or the composition of the cash amount (monetary security) on the account of the Contracting Authority No. 500010352/0800, the variable symbol (record ID), the supplier's ID in particular.

The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to change the obligations under Section 100 (1) before or during the provision of the service, changes to the tax rules affecting the service price. In this case, the service price will be adjusted according to the tax rates added to the value of z(b) for services provided in 2020, 2021 and subsequent years during the duration of the contract, the inflation clause will be increased by the price of services rendered by the yearly rate of inflation announced by ČSU as of 31.10. for the last 12 months, expressed as a surplus of the average annual consumer price index, on the basis of a closed addendum to the contract. The amendment to the contract mustt in this case closed until 15.12. of the calendar year for services provided in the next calendar year.

The actual amount of services requested will be based on the actual number of purchases and the amount of waste required by the contracting authority. If, during the implementation of the public procurement, it proves that it is not the orderly fulfillment of the obligationthe actual total cost of the service will be changed according to the actual number of units of service provided, while maintaining the unit quote prices for the individual types of waste of the selected supplier. is required to provide a description of the technical solution offered beforepublic procurement. The technical solution will include a detailed description of the contractor's activities in relation to the subject of the subject of public procurement.

The supplier shall provide a copy of the valid consent of the relevant regional office for the operation of the equipment and for the management of the waste and the management of hazardous waste., that I provided the equipment for thewith waste in the sense of Section 14 (1) of Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste in the wording of later regulations, for at least the first four years of the public procurement, ie for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, in which the operator of the waste disposal facility and its location will be provided. The selected contractor will submit a contract of future contract for the provision of the loading equipment before the conclusion of the contractwith wastes
