Offer Gypsum 2019
The service provided includes weighing, receiving control, treatment and disposal of the gypsum fraction. The gypsum originates from recycling sites and traders in Norfors'landland.
Main Site: North Sealand
The scope of the service must include the amount of gypsum waste that applies at any time, without taking into account variations such as due to seasonal fluctuations or others.The contracting authority reserves the right to withdraw partial streams of gypsum waste of up to 10% of the quantity for use, for example. try alternative treatment methods, etc.
The award criterion for this contract is the lowest price per person. tonnes, cf. the offer list and additional costs, for example, from transport where Norfors' costs will beincluded per automatically on the offer list. The bidder's offer prices will thus, by Norfors, be billed handling costs that take high for example. pick up and transport to the receiving plant. When entering km from the reusable space to the recipient facility, the distance must be found via the shortest route on Google Map. Weighting 90%.
The minimum environmental requirements will also be takenmentioned in sections 2.3, 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.4 and 2.5. Weighting 10%.
The contracting authority can basically accept the following treatment solutions:
- Reprocessing and disposal for the production of new plasterboard,
- Addition by cement production, where the plaster expands virgin materials,
- Second recycling that prevents the use of virgin plaster,
- Use as auxiliary material or the likein connection with landfill, terrain regulation, spreading on agricultural land etc. In this context, it is not considered to be recycling and offers with these treatment solutions will not be assessed. cardboard / paper, wallpaper, glue, screws, toys, etc., taking into account the waste hierarchy:
1) recycling and recycling;
2) incineration with energyutilization;
3) landfill - use as auxiliary material or the like in connection with landfill, terrain regulation, spreading on agricultural land etc. In this context, it is not considered to be recycling and offers with these treatment solutions will not be assessed.
The material received is handled and processed according to the Contractor's own description of the process. Equipment and operating modemust be selected and adapted to the task, so that the packaged environmental and work environment requirements can be met. Regardless of the treatment provided by the Officer in his Offer, this processing must be described in detail in the Offer
