EcoWerf collects old paper and cardboard, from selective collection from households. The assignment is to acquire and recycle it. "Recycling" means: any process that is a part of itadded value indicates the material by transforming it into a raw material for the producers of finished products.

The paper and cardboard comes from:

- door-to-door collection (80%). Here we work, depending on the municipality, with a collection of paper and cardboard sold separately, or offer in mini-containers, - collection at the recycling parks (20%).There is 27 000 tonnes per year, the paper and cardboard is on our main site, Aarschotsesteenweg 210, 3012 Wilsele.

The duration of the contract is 2 years, starting on 1.1.2020 and can be repeated 2 times each time for 1 year.

The UEA, by which the entrepreneur declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016.1) Turnover

Place visit required: 25.10.2019 at 10.30

Before submitting a tender, the tenderer is required to visit the EcoWerf transfer station in Wilsele in order to obtain a to form an idea of the scope and specific aspects of the assignment. He was assisted in this by his prevention advisor to make a risk analysis of the loading zone in frontpaper and cardboard. The tenderer adds the risk analysis to his tender.

He will provide proof of the site visit by attaching the statement (attached) to the tender signed by an EcoWerf staff member. The site visit will take place on Friday 25.10.2019 at 10:30 in the EcoWerf transfer station at 3012 Leuven, Aarschotsesteenweg 210.
