PA ESF16 / 19 / SUA - Door to door separate waste collection service, transport, delivery and disposal of biodegradable waste in the Municipality of Monterotondor (CER code 20.01.08) period from 1.12.2019 to 30.11.2020 - CIG 80547638B2.

The contract concerns the transport, conferment and disposal service of biodegradable waste in the Municipality of Monterotondo (CER code 20.01.08) period from 01.12.2019 to 30.11.2020 - ex article 192 of Legislative Decree n. 267 18.8.2001, and art. 32, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendmentsi., whatever the percentage of the extraneous fraction.

The contractor company will have to carry out the service by collecting the material from the Ecocentro Comunale where it is given by the company Pluriservizi Monterotondo (APM), which will be kept in special containers provided by the company that the contract will be awarded, subsequently transferring it to suitable plants, returning the relative FIR for each load carried out by the Azienda Pluriservizi Monterotondo, which will return them to the Municipality.

The annual quantities of waste to be disposed of, indicated and non-binding, are estimated as per the table in art. 1 of the technical specifications, and may be subject to variation.

8.2.1) Registration, for activities falling within the scope of the contract, in the register of companies at the Chamber oftrade, industry, agriculture and handicrafts of the Province where the company is based.

8.2.2) Registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers pursuant to art. 212 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments. for the following category and class, as per the decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the protection of the territory and the sea 3.6.2014, n. 120: category 1, sub-category D5 class E (annual quantitytreated as a whole ≥ 3 000 and 6 000 t / a) or higher.

Declaration on the ownership or availability of an authorized facility for the specific C.E.R. code 20 01 08 with the alternative methods described in the tender specifications.
