Delivery in the form of operating lease with the option to buy brand new: brigade cars (15 pieces) for ZGK Sp. z o.o. in Zielona G-ra (task No. 1.)

Delivery in the form of operating lease with the option to buy brand new brigade cars of the same brand, with a diesel engine, a cab to carryof people (at least 6 people), load box for transporting equipment (scythes, mowers, blowers) and waste for Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Zielona G-ra.

1. Delivery in the form of operating lease with the option to buy brand new brigade cars of the same brand, with a diesel engine, a cabin for transporting people (minimum 6 people), a cargo box for transportequipment (scythes, mowers, blowers) and waste for Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Zielona G-ra.

2. Year of production of vehicles: not older than 2018. Number of vehicles: 15 pieces

3. Lease requirements:

1. Operating leases.

2. The number of lease installments is 59 months, the leasing period is 60 months

3. Initial payment (initial rent) in the amount of 1%.

4. The client anticipates60 months leasing period. During the leasing period, the Contracting Party pays for the Contractor (lessor) 59 monthly monthly installments.

Residual fee - final (redemption) 1% of the initial value of the order.

All prices and costs in Polish zlotys.

The ordering party does not set specific requirements in terms of possessing competences or entitlements to run a specific one-professional activity, if it results from separate regulations.

1. Documents and statements submitted by each Contractor (valid as of the day of submitting the offer):

1) completed offer form according to Annex No. I to the ToR,

2) filled EED according to Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference prepared in electronic form and bearing a qualified electronic signature, in compliance with the provisions of point 24.7). TOR.

3)-Power of Attorney or other document specifying the scope of authorization to represent the Contractor, if the offer is submitted by the Contractor's representative, valid as at the day of submitting the offer;

2. Each Contractor who submitted an offer within 3 days from the date of posting information on the website of the Ordering Party, referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, submits to the Ordering Party (without the Tender Offer) a statement aboutaffiliation with or lack of belonging to the same capital group with Contractors who submitted bids in the present proceedings according to Annex II.1 to the ToR,

3. Documents and statements, valid as of the date of their submission, which is submitted by the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, within the deadline set in the summons (not shorter than 10 days):

1) information from the National Criminal Register inlimit specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids;

2) certificate of the competent head of the tax office confirming that the Contractor is not in default of paying taxes not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders, or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreementnot with the competent authority regarding the repayment of such receivables, together with any interest or fines, in particular obtained legally permissible, postponement or payment of overdue installments or withholding in full the decision of the competent authority;

3) certificate of the relevant organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Agricultural Insurance Fund-Social or other document confirming that the contractor is not in arrears with paying social security or health insurance contributions, issued no earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting offers or applications for admission to participate in the proceedings, or other document confirming that the contractor has concluded an agreement with the competent authority regarding repayment of these receivables along withwith interest or fines, in particular obtained legally required exemption, postponement or installment payment of overdue payments or suspension in full of the decision of the competent authority; - 4) excerpt from the relevant register or from central records and business information, if separate regulations require an entry to the register or records, to confirm the lackgrounds for exclusion under art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act,

5) the Contractor's statement about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure prohibiting applying for a public order according to Annex III.3 to the ToR;

6) Contractor's statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final administrative decision against him; late payment of taxes, fees orsocial security or health insurance premiums or in the event of issuing such a verdict or decision - documents confirming payment of these receivables together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding repayment of such receivables according to Annex III.4 to the ToR. - Documents of foreign entities - described in point 7 of the SIWZ.
