Awarding of the urban hygiene service with implementation of punctual tariff and others srelated services for the duration of 5 years (2020-2024)

- a provisional guarantee, as defined by the art. 93 of the code, of EUR 99 923.33 or 2% (two percent) of the amount placed on the tender basis, excluding the amounts relating to the design activities, drafting of the safety and coordination plan, support for the RUP and except as provided in the art. 93, paragraph 7 of the code,

- a ddeclaration of commitment, by a bank or insurance company or other entity referred to in art. 93, paragraph 3 of the code, even if different from the one that issued the provisional guarantee, to issue a definitive guarantee for the execution of the contract, pursuant to art. 103 of the code, pursuant to article 93, paragraph 8 of the code, if the competitor is the custodian. Tathe declaration of commitment is not required from micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and temporary groups or ordinary consortia exclusively from the same,

- declarations by at least 2 banking institutions or intermediaries authorized pursuant to legislative decree 1.9.1993, n. 385, as required by art. 86 of the Code and of Annex XVII) to the same, certifying the capacity efinancial and competition history in terms of financial strength and solvency in relation to the commitments arising from the contract.
