The subject of the contract is the provision of the collection and removal of mixed municipal waste from Dunajska Lužna village in accordance with Zakon no. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste, as amended, and other agreed activities resulting from the subject matter of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collecting and transporting mixed municipal waste from the village of Dunajska Lužna in accordance with Zakon no. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste in the wording of later regulations and other agreed activities resulting from the subject matter of performance of the contract.

The collection of mixed municipal waste will be provided by the service provider on the landfill in Čukarsk- Pake, which is a common landfill of the municipality (including the Municipality of Dunajska Lužna) and it is operated by the Association of the Horni Zitne Island in waste management with a mansion in Samorin, Gazdovsky rad 37 / A, 931 01 Samorin, SLOVAK REPUBLIC.

The collection and transport of mixed municipal waste will be carried out according to the requirements defined by the relevant General Regulations of the Municipality of Dunajska Lužna (hereinafter referred to as "Municipality or" Public Procurer). service provider General decrees Municipalities, resp. ine zavaeznof the decision of the municipality concerning the subject of the contract.

Compliance with the conditions relating to personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 and their proof pursuant to - 32 par. 2 and 3 no. 343/2015 Coll. in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") in the form of submission of documents or in the form of registration in the list of economic entities pursuant to Section 152 and the following Actsand, or in the form of a single European document pursuant to Section 39 of the Act. 1 pism. e) and submit documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 pism.
