The scheme is a voluntary arranged and offered floor properties with more than 50 housing units. 15 to 25 collection sites are expected, and approx. The tenderer must provide as a minimum information about the tenderer's financial ratios: Turnover and equity for the last 3 financial statements.

The tenderer must provide a valid voucher permit.

The suppliers must have been entered as transports on the Ministry of Environment's waste register. Tenderers must document that the minimum requirements are met by submitting annual accountsor auditor's statements.

Current grounds for exclusion in the Public Procurement Act section 135 and 136 apply. In addition, the voluntary grounds for exclusion in the Public Procurement Act are section 137.
