Activities included in the scope of the contract:

The activities covered by this public procurement described in theirThe specification shall cover the following areas within the territory of the municipality of September, included in the system for the provision of collection and transportation services specified in the mayor`s order under Art. 63, para. 2 of ZMDT:

- District I - Septemvri,

- District II - Vetren,

- District III - Kovachevo,

- District IV - Lozen,

- District V - Varvara,

- district VI - the village of Vetren dol,

- district VII - the village.Semchinovo,

- district VIII - Simeonovets village,

- district IX - Vinogradets,

- district X - Karabunar,

- district XI - Boshulya,

- district XII - Slavovitsa,

- district XIII - village of Zlokuchene.

- district XIV - village of Gorno Varshilo, village of Dolno Varshilo.

The collected waste will be exported to the regional landfill, Pazardzhik.

The following types of waste are subject to collection and transportation activities:

a ) Collectionof mixed municipal waste from containers and transportation to a waste treatment facility - regional landfill, Pazardzhik

b) Collection and transportation to a bulky waste landfill (EGO) disposed around containers to a waste treatment facility - regional landfill, gr. Pazardzhik.

C) Clearance of unregulated landfills within the urbanized territories of the municipality of COctober to the waste treatment facility - regional landfill, Pazardzhik.

d) Cleaning and maintenance within the urbanized territories of the municipality of September to the waste treatment facility - regional landfill, Pazardzhik.

e) The contracting authority reserves the right if there is an objective need and / or in order to fulfill the obligations under a regulatory act to change the sites, towhich will transport the waste during the execution of the contract.

The contractor should maintain telephone / s, fax and e-mail in their offices for continuous communication with the contracting authority. The contractor must provide a mobile connection of his assistants and officials with the contracting entity`s representative. When changing associates and / or area officials, as well as their telephone numbersthe contractor shall provide the contractor and / or his authorized representatives with up-to-date information within 24 hours. For foreign person - a document proving registration in a professional or commercial register in the country where he is established or presenting a declaration or a certificate of presence of such registration bythe competent authorities under the relevant national law, where the existence of the registration is determined by law as a condition for the completion of the subject of the contract or for participants established in another Member State of the European Union, an equivalent document issued by the country in which they are established.

When submitting a tender, compliance with this selection criterion is declArrivals by completing Part IV of the Selection Criteria, Section A "Eligibility" of the electronic single European Public Procurement Document (eEEDOP) submitted by the participant, including by providing information in that section regarding: the registration document (document name; number the entry of the document in the relevant register; term of validity).

The participants can prove withcompliance with the selection criteria related to suitability, individually, through a member of an association (with a participant-association) or through subcontractors who will perform the waste collection and transportation services. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1 of the PPA in the course of the procedure or before the conclusion of the contract for the award of the public procurement for the dockThe following document, proving the authenticity of the information declared in the EEOPP is presented, namely: a certified copy of a valid certificate / registration document or equivalent for carrying out waste collection and transportation activities issued on the basis of the selected selection criterion. Art. 78, para. 3 and para. 9 of the Waste Management Act (HMA) in connection with Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA. The documents shall also be submitted to the subcontractors according to the type and proportion of the contract they will perform (applies only to the subcontractors who will perform waste collection and transportation services).

According to Art. 112, para. 9 of the PPA the contracting authority will not require documents:

1. already provided and up-to-date;

2. which can be accessed by servicebin road or through public register;

3. which can be provided through direct and free access to Member States` national databases.

Not required

1. The terms and conditions for the retention or release of the performance guarantee shall be laid down in the contract. The conditions for fulfilling the contract are specified in the technical specification and documentationfor public procurement.

3. The circumstances under Art. 54 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 of ZIFODRIUPDR and Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegally Acquired Property Act (CITIA).

4. The assignor concludes a written contract, provided that the designated contractor fulfills the conditions of Art. 112, para. 1 of the PPA.

5. DeadlineThe performance of the activities subject to the contract is 4 (four) years / 48 months from the date of entry into force of the procurement contract. The public procurement contract shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the contract notice / notice for the start of the contract.
