Selection of operator for operation and management of composting and pre-treatment plant for municipal waste in the municipality of Petrich and collection and transportation of green waste

The main activities included in the scope of the contract include:

Main Site: The territory of Petrich municipality and regional landfill for non-hazardous and inert waste in the areaCabinets, land of Petrich.

The main activities included in the scope of the contract include:

1. Operation of the municipal waste pre-treatment plant and the composting plant for green separately collected waste in accordance with the operating instructions for both installations.

2. Acceptance and pre-treatment of waste by codes, according to a complex permitNo. 266-Н0 / 2008 for a regional landfill for non-hazardous and inert waste for the municipality of Petrich.

3. Acceptance and composting of separately collected green waste.

4. Keeping reporting and reporting in accordance with Ordinance No. 1 of 4.6.2015 on the order and the models by which information on waste activities is provided, as well as the order for keeping public registers.

5. Maintenance of buildings, structures, installotments, facilities, elements of the technical infrastructure and mobile operating equipment in a way that guarantees their technical fitness in accordance with their intended mode of operation, their safe functioning, as well as the protection of health and safety of the workers in both installations.

6. Payment of electricity consumed for both installations, water usage feeno, fuels and other consumables and materials that ensure the proper functioning of the installations.

7. Security of all buildings, structures, installations, facilities, elements of technical infrastructure and mobile operational equipment included in the installations, incl. 24/7 surveillance and permanent telephone connection to notify of possible fires or other incidents in the installation areations.

8. Perform other activities and measures to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the installations, as detailed in the technical specification.

9. Collection and transportation of separately collected green waste to the green waste composting installation in Petrich.

The contracting authority does not set conditions for the exercise of certain professional activity.

The participant should behas realized a minimum total turnover, including a minimum turnover in the area covered by the contract, for the last 3 financial years.

The participant completes part IV "Selection Criteria", section B "Economic and Financial Condition" of OEDOP with data on the realized minimum total turnover and minimum turnover in the area covered by the contract.says its compliance with the specified criterion with 1 or more of the following documents:

1. bank certificates;

2. the annual financial statements or their constituent parts when required;

3.

When a participant is unable to identify any of these documents for a valid reason, he / she can prove his / her economic and financial status by usingany other document that the contracting authority deems appropriate.
