Operation and transport of household and similar waste from Touques and Yvetot transfer centers

This consultation concerns operating the Touques transfer center, located at RD 37, chemin de la Briqueterie, Lieu-dit Le Marais a Touques (14800) and the tranhousehold waste and similar waste to the Ecostu`Air energy recovery unit, located at Port-Jerome II ZAC in Saint-Jean-de-Folleville (76170) on the one hand, and the operation of the transfer center `Yvetot, located 2499 route d`Yvetot in Touffreville La Corbeline (76190) and the transport of household and similar waste to the Ecostu`Air energy recovery unit.

Main Site: Touques RD27 transfer center, chemin de la Briqueterie, locality Le Marais, 14800 Touques.

The services to be provided relate to the operation of the Touques transfer center and its surroundings and the transport of household waste from this center to the UVE Ecostu`Air. As an indication, this center ensured in 2019 the break in load of 22, 269 t of household waste, including 14 651 t of household and similar waste and waste from waste disposal and 1, 761 t of clean and dry from the Community of Cœur Cote Fleurie communities, 5, 220 t of household and similar waste and waste from waste and 637 t of clean and grapes from selective collections from the Community of Terre d`Auge municipalities.

The candidate must provide the information and / or informationents following, in support of his candidacy:

- declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender,

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in recovery judicial,

- information on compliance with the employment obligation mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the French labor code,

- receipt of declarationfor the exercise of waste road transport activity,

- license to transport goods by road on behalf of others.

2 visit sessions, each of which is compulsory for the lot to which the candidate responds, are programs:

- lot 1: Touques transfer center, route de la Briqueterie, Thursday 6 February at 10:00 (1 hour and a half visit),

- lot 2: Y transfer centervetot located at 2499 route d`Yvetot, in Touffreville-la-Corbeline (76190): Friday 7 February at 10:00 (1 hour visit).

The absence of the candidate for the visit corresponding to the lot to which the candidate submits will lead the rejection of his offer. Prior to the visits, candidates must register by email at marchespublics@sevede.fr to participate. The estimated values (HT) indicated are calcalculated over the overall duration of the market (greater than 5 years).
