Refuse transport services

Services - Public tender for the supply of container emptying at Thisted Municipality`s Recycling Centers

Thisted Municipality offers 3 sub-agreements with pickup, transport and emptying of mobile compaction equipment and container containers with waste from the municipality`s 4 recycling centers respectively 1, Hurup part agreement 2 and Hanstholm and Fr0strup deLaft Agreement 3, as well as subsequent transport of the waste to specified treatment plants.

Thisted Municipality offers a total of 3 sub-agreements for the collection, transport and emptying of mobile compaction equipment and container containers with waste from Thisted Municipality`s 4 recycling centers in Thisted (part 1 agreement), Hurup ) as well as Hanstholm and Fr0strup (sub-agreement 3), as well as subsequent transport of the wasteto offers more detailed treatment facilities. 2.16 award criteria

Total expected value of sub-agreement 1, sub-agreement 2 and sub-agreement 3 - including value of all sub-agreements - incl. options 2 400 000 DKK. Of this, sub-contract 1 is DKK 1, 080, 000, sub-contract 2: 600, 000 DKK, sub-contract DKK 3, 720, 000.

Tenderer must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

Tenderer must approvein order to be in possession of a valid foreign freight freight permit under the Freight Act.

As documentation to hold a valid freight freight permit under the Freight Freight Act, the winning bidder must provide a copy of applicable tenderer

The tenderer must meet the following minimum requirements for economic and financial formone, cf. sections 140 and 142 of the Tendering Act:

The tenderer`s equity in accordance with the most recently completed financial statements. A minimum of positive equity is required.

As evidence of the positive equity, the winning bidder must submit the following depending on which category of business the bidder belongs to:

If the winning bidder is subject to audit:

- Either approved annual report with audit statement or review statement, or

- Auditor`s statement of equity size

The bidder must disclose the insured amount in the tenderer`s commercial and product liability insurance. At least a commercial and product liability insurance of 5, 000, 000 is required, wherePossibly. deductible must not exceed DKK 100, 000 per year.

As evidence of current business and product liability insurance, the winning Offeror must submit the applicable insurance contract and policy or submit a statement from the relevant insurance company that proves that the requirements are met. If the tenderer can make this information available to the contracting entity in electronic formshape, e.g. Through a link to the website, the contractor must himself obtain the required documentation. VAT. The guarantee must be void on demand by Thisted Municipality without trial.

The above does not apply.e, if the bidder`s total annual offered price is less than DKK 2, 000, 000.

As proof of the security, the winning bidder must submit a copy of the security or confirmation that the security is valid from the start of the contract. confirmation that the collateral must be made by a bank recognized by the contracting entity or another recognized by the contracting entityt money or surety insurance institution.
