OP № 1 " Collection and transportation of solid municipal waste from 40 settlements in the territory of General Toshevo municipality - activities oncollection of solid municipal waste from 40 settlements in the territory of General Toshevo Municipality and transport to the Regional waste disposal site in the village of Stojer, Good-bye. Within the framework of the contract, the contractor should organize and carry out with its own vessels, equipment and staff, collection and transport services of the collected municipal waste from 40 settlements at the regional waste disposal siteand the village of Stojer,

Within the framework of the contract, the contractor shall organize and carry out with its own vessels, equipment and personnel, collection and transport services of the collected municipal waste from the 40 settlements (villages) listed in table 1 of the Regional Waste Depot in the village of Stojer. A detailed description and table is contained in the documentationand the public contract and the attached technical specification.

The participant shall hold a registration document for the performance of the waste collection and transport activities, issued pursuant to Art. 35, para. 3 of the Waste Management Act (WMA) pursuant to Chapter 5, Section II of WMA, or an equivalent document. 35, para. 3 of the WMA to carry out activitiesthe collection and transport of waste within the meaning of - 1, items 41 and 43 of the additional provisions of the Waste Management Act (Article 35 (2) (2) of the Waste Management Act) requires the registration and issue of document in accordance with Chapter 5, Section II of the WMA ..
