The following services are the subject of the service contract:

Main Site: Municipality of Paladina.

Collection, transport, disposal of municipal solid waste, assimilation and street sweeping.

A) Competitors-will have to provide the following guarantees, at the time of the offer, in favor of the City of Paladina, to be presented according to the procedures provided for in the tender specifications:

a.1) under penalty of exclusion: a provisional deposit, pursuant to art. . 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, equal to 1% (one per cent) of the amount placed at the base of the tender, quantified at EUR 6, 000.00, being the operatorsmici in possession of the certification of the quality system referred to in paragraph 7 of article 93 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

The provisional deposit guarantees the possession of the general requirements.
