Contract for the organization and management of the separate collection service, sweeping and disposal of waste and other urban sanitation services.

Contract for the organization and management of the separate collection service, sweeping and disposal of waste and other Urban Hygiene services.

1 ) 3 359 601.96 EUR total amount of the fees for the six-year duration of service, of which:

1.a) 3 326 005, 95 EUR sodiscounted prices;

1.b) 33 596.01 EUR security charges not subject to discount;

2) EUR 273 383.50 total fees for six months of possible extension of which:

2.a ) EUR 270 583.84 at the same discount as the above tender;

2.b) EUR 2 733.83 security charges not subject to discount.

All those provided for by the law. Be ratemporary grouping or ordinary consortium by means of a special and irrevocable collective mandate pursuant to art. 48, paragraphs 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 that companies, including consortiums, between companies, pursuant to art. 93 of the D.P.R. n. 207 / 2010.

Other particular conditions to which the performance of the contract is subject:

a) the general contract documents approved with D.M. n. 145 of 2000, by qunot otherwise provided by the Special Tender Specifications (CSA), and an integral part of the contract;

b) penalties are provided for the various defaults to the provisions of the CSA,

c) the successful bidder, pursuant to art. 216, c. 11, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, will have to reimburse publication costs within the 60 days from the award; the presumed amount, and purely indicative, relatesto these publications and amounting to EUR 8 000.00;

1) registration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture (CCIAA) for all activities corresponding to those of the services in question;

2) general requirements and absence of exclusion conditions provided for by article 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and by any other legislative and regulatory provision;

3) absence of partmultiple hypation art. 48, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

4) registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers pursuant to art. 212 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 and s.m.i. for the following categories and classes as per D.M. 406/98 corresponding to the services subject to tender:

- category 1, (Collection and transport of urban and similar waste) class E, with the following sub-categories:

management of collection centersta; mechanized sweeping activities,

- category 4, Collection and transport of non-hazardous special waste, produced by third parties, Class E,

- category 5, Collection and transport of hazardous waste Class F,

- category 8 Class F,

5) EMAS registration or ISO 14000 certification in progress;

6) certification for ISO 9001 quality; OH SAS 18001 certification.

a) suitable referenzand bank (minimum two), issued by credit institutions, not earlier than 2 months from the expiry date for the submission of offers;

b) have a global business turnover, in the last three years 2015-2016-2017, EUR 6 500 000.00;

c) be in possession of an annual turnover, relating to the last three-year period 2015-2016-2017, for specific services rendered in the field of urban hygiene, equal to or greater than EUR 2 000 000.00;

d) declare, relative to the last three-year period, 2015-2016-2017, the relationship between assets and liabilities in the related financial statements.

Comments and guarantees required

The provisional deposit may be set up with a bank or insurance surety policy and must be attached, penalty of exclusion, to the tender documentation. It is established, aipursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, in the amount of 2% of the amount based on the auction.

The provisional deposit paid by the winning bidder will be released automatically at the time of signing the contract, when it will be replaced with the final one. Pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the establishment of a definitive guarantee will be required of the awarded company-in the percentage measure of the law of the total contract award just the combined provisions of Articles. 93 and 103 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

The amounts of the provisional guarantee and the final guarantee are reduced pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of art. 93, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
