Exploitation of grimne and Redessan waste disposal

Exploitation of the new Grimaudes waste disposal facility, located at Bouillargues, as well as the exploitation from the Redessan waste disposal site.

Main Site: - Grimaudes waste disposal: Manduel road, locality, 30 230 Bouillargues,

Acframework, giving rise to the issue of purchase orders, without a minimum amount, with a maximum threshold and an economic operator. Maximum amount of the framework agreement with purchase orders: 5 000 000 EUR HT. For the initial period and 2 500 000 EUR HT. For each renewal period. The beginning of the execution of the framework agreement: on the date fixed by the start-up service order of the framework agreement.The services covered by the framework agreement with purchase orders are non-exhaustive in the present advertising: reception and control of users, rental and transport of skips, compacting equipment, handling and loading of specific waste, maintenance, maintenance of facilities and equipment, regulatory controls and periodic checks of installations, the performance objectives in terms of re-use, sorting and recovery of wastes.

The Community of Nimes Metropole, in order to promote sustainable development, has decided to apply the provisions of Article 38 of the order n2015-899 of 23.7.2015, including in the specifications of this framework agreement a clause of execution to character surroundingemental operating according to a bonus / malus system. An advance is granted for each purchase order of more than EUR 50 000 (excluding VAT), unless otherwise specified in the contract and to the extent that the period of execution is greater than 2 months. The amount of the advance and its terms of payment and repayment are defined in the SCC. No financial guarantee clause will beapplied. Benefits will be remunerated by application to the actual quantities of Unit Price List (BPU) prices. Unit prices are revisable under the conditions set by the SCC. The payment will be made in one go after the service has been completed, or, if the performance is greater than 1 month, in the form of monthly accounts corresponding to theservices performed and after ascertaining the service in accordance with each order form issued. Candidates are invited to take note of the places:

- the candidates have the possibility to go to the Redessan waste disposal at the opening hours indicated in the regulation of the consultation after having alerted the services of the DCTDM as indicated following after. The visitit should be done during the week by avoiding the normal exploitation of the site,

- the Grimaudes site in Bouillargues being in works, the access to the site is forbidden.

The visit of the sites is not obligatory.
