Refrigerated display of 320 liters, the quantity to be purchased: 4 pcs

1) Neincadrarea in the provisions of art. 164, 165 and 167. Bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 60, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016; 2) The decision-makers of the contracting authority for organizing, carrying out and finalizing the awarding procedure: Petrişor Jalbă, Florian Ghită, Corina Gheorghe, Radu CiornodoJohn Crivtus. The declaration will be submitted with the DUAE by all participants in the award procedure (bidder, associate, subcontractor and third party); 3) Fiscal attestation for legal entities regarding the payment obligations to the consolidated state budget in original or copy certified on his / her own responsibility for compliance with the original; minimum requirement: ccertified findings regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget) at the moment of presentation. The economic operator will fill out the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the award documentation. These attestation certificates must only be presented in original by the ranked tendereron the first place after the application of the award criterion, until the conclusion of the award procedure report, according to art. 196 par. (2) of the Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement. Non-resident economic operators (foreigners) have the right to present any editorial documents issued by the authorities of the country in which they are resident to prove their fulfillmentto pay the taxes due to the state budget and the local budget, according to the legislation of the country of residence.

The documents will be accompanied by their authorized translation into Romanian.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE follow at the request of the contracting authority, be submitted only by the tendererranked I in the intermediate rankings of the tender evaluation.

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any way of the situations of cancellation of the establishment, and the fact that it has the professional capacity to realize the activities covered by the contract. Mode of accomplishment: completion of the DUAE, the supporting document, respectively the O.NR.C. (or for foreign tenderers, an equivalent document issued in the country of residence), be submitted only at the request of the contracting authority when the bidder finishes the evaluation of the tenders.of the tenders ranked first with equal prices: if the first ranked offers have equal prices, the contracting authority will ask tenderers who have offered equal prices a new financial proposal in closed envelopes, in which case the contract will be awarded to the bidder whose new financial proposal has the lowest price
